How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order 2–5 days in advance 😊 Everything is made fresh to order. Larger orders, event packages, and custom orders may require additional notice.

What is your payment policy?

Payment is required before your order is prepared. Event packages and large orders may require advance payment to reserve your date 😊

Do you offer refunds?

Because all items are made fresh to order, refunds are generally not available once an order has been prepared. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know at pickup and we’ll do our best to make it right 💛

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?

Changes or cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours before pickup. We will do our best to accommodate requests depending on preparation status 😊

Can I order custom quantities?

Yes! 😊 Text us with what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order 💛

Can I request custom flavors or decorations?

We primarily offer the flavors listed on our menu. Additional flavors or custom decorations may be available depending on ingredients and availability — feel free to text us and ask 💛

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we offer pickup only. All orders are scheduled by appointment, and porch pickup is available.

How does pickup work?

Once your order is ready, we’ll confirm your pickup time. When you arrive, just text us with your name and vehicle description and we’ll bring your order out to you 😊

what happens if I am late for pickup?

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.

If you’re running late, just text us so we can coordinate 😊

Orders not picked up on the scheduled day may not be eligible for a refund.

who is responsible after pickup?

Once your order has been picked up, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Please check your order at pickup to ensure everything looks perfect 😊

We are not responsible for damage, melting, or spoilage after pickup.

do you accept large or event orders?

Yes! 🎉 We accept a limited number of large and event orders based on availability. We recommend booking early, especially for weddings, birthdays, and special events 😊
